| The staff was pleasant especially when we came in. I did not agree with my car being failed in two places. The right front wheel was bent and required fixing which I understood. However the left rear had not a single bend and the good staff who replaced it a good year did not agree that it should have failed but because I needed to pass inspection, I paid over $400 which could have been less for this reason. |

| Service was on time and smooth on the MD inspection on your station. The only thing was that I noticed the lower front part of my new Porsche was scraped, when I returned home, but have no way to prove that it happened at your place. I feel I should have checked the exterior of my car with your staff people before I left the carl. |

| Shop Comment When a md state re inspection on a vehicle requires removal of wheels to measure brakes that failed inspection there is a charge for this service. I'm sorry if there was some miscommunication for the "lame" fees. The charge was noted on the invoice when the vehicle failed the inspection for brake rotors being to thin and unsafe according to Maryland State law. I'm sorry to lose your business I hope that you were able to get your tags for the Honda. |
